About Dentures (Full & Partial)
Losing teeth affects far more than appearance: eating becomes limited, speech can change, and the face loses support. Well-made dentures give all of that back. A full denture replaces an entire arch of missing teeth; a partial denture fills several gaps while clipping discreetly to the teeth that remain.
We craft dentures for patients across State College, PA and Centre County with a simple philosophy — they should look like your teeth, not like dentures. Over several careful appointments we record your bite, choose tooth shapes and shades with you, and try the denture in wax before it is finished, so the final result truly suits your face.
What Dentures (Full & Partial) Includes
✓Full Dentures
A complete arch of replacement teeth for upper, lower or both jaws, designed for comfort and a natural appearance.
✓Partial Dentures
Removable replacements for several missing teeth that clip securely and discreetly to remaining natural teeth.
✓Immediate Dentures
Dentures made in advance and fitted the same day teeth are removed, so you are never without a smile during healing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will dentures look fake?
Modern dentures are a world away from the uniform 'false teeth' look. Teeth are individually characterised, shaded and arranged naturally, and we try them in before finishing so you approve the look first.
How long does it take to get used to dentures?
Most people adapt within a few weeks. Eating starts with soft foods cut small; speaking improves with practice (reading aloud helps); and minor sore spots are normal early on — adjustments are quick and expected, so call us rather than suffering.
Can I sleep in my dentures?
We recommend removing them at night to let your gums rest and to clean the denture properly. Occasional nights are not a disaster, but nightly removal keeps your mouth healthier and your denture fresher.
My denture is loose. Do I need a new one?
Not always. Gums and bone slowly change shape, so a reline — resurfacing the fitting side — often restores the fit. If the teeth are worn flat or the base is damaged, replacement may be better value. We will examine it and advise honestly.
